Miranda Geminder | 200HR YT
Miranda is a 200 HR YT. She specializes in intermediate to advanced vinyasa yoga, yoga sculpt, and aerial yoga.
From Miranda: “"Hello! I first found yoga while I was in college and enjoyed the slow but challenging movement it had to offer. I become seriously interested in yoga and furthering my practice after college. At this time in my life I did not find enjoyment within my career and needed a creative outlet.
Yoga became that outlet and a chance for me to find community. I became yoga certified in 2019 and have enjoyed creating and sharing yoga flows with others.
Outside of teaching yoga and working my full time job, I am a mom of 2. They keep me busy and we enjoy finding new adventures to embark on. When I have "me" time, you'll find me visiting with friends, finding a fun form of movement, and spending quality time with my husband. :)"
Ustina Shives | 200HR YT
Ustina is a 200 HR YT and enjoys teaching a variety of classes from foundational vinyasa flows, to vin yin and yoga nidra.
From Ustina: “Hi! My name is Ustina! I first found yoga during a time where I was injured in college and couldn’t run. At first I thought yoga would be “easy and simple” and quickly was humbled. Yoga is probably one of the hardest forms of movement and mindfulness I practice because it is a space for me to be me.
Outside of the yoga studio and work (I’m a mental health counselor) I am often playing with my giant fur babe EBDB (She’s a Maine coon), reading, running, or hiking. I love being outside and being with nature and love to travel as much as possible."

From Jennifer: “ I’ve had the joy of practicing yoga for over 20 years with an amazing teacher who fed my heart and soul every week with various yogic readings from around the world. I’ve also gone on more than a dozen yoga retreats with classes and workshops that challenged me both intellectually and physically. Yoga has helped me build stamina, strength and flexibility.
When I’m not practicing yoga, I love to feed friends and family in my amazing new kitchen, read good books, listen to podcasts, go for walks, and play dominoes (or cards, board games, yard games…). In the 2 nd half of my life, I also hope to travel more, do yoga around the world, and eat delicious food far and wide.”
Keri Brytowski | 200HR YT
From Keri: "Hi! My name is Keri! Although born and raised in Dimondale, I just recently moved back to the Midwest. After spending 18.5 years in Colorado, there was a pull to get back to my roots. I first found yoga in the Colorado Rockies and haven’t looked back. I have been teaching since 2011 and although my training and background is primarily in vinyasa, I have a versatile teaching style and teach a variety of classes. When I am not teaching or practicing yoga, I like to stay busy moving my body through running, biking, or long walks with my husband, two kiddos, and our two pups.
Keri teaches Slow Burn on Saturdays twice per month.
Morgan Elieff | 200HR YT
Morgan is a 200 HR YT. She teaches children’s yoga, slow flow, and power yoga.
From Morgan: “Hey everyone! I believe in moving your body in a way that honors you. I believe that movement is entirely individual and unique to each one of us. Yoga has been my only constant for over 13 years and I am so grateful that I am able to share it with others. My goal for you in my classes is to find movement that feels right for your body. I taught in public schools for 6 years, but I feel my place right now is with my own children every day; so teaching yoga is a way I can combine both of my passions - movement & teaching. Outside of yoga, you can find me reading a good book, doing home projects, or going for long walks out in the country with my dog.”
M Adrian | 500HR YT
M is a 500 HR YT. M teachings Monday 6:30PM Flow and Unwind and Tuesdays 6:00PM Gentle Yoga
From M: “Yoga found me at a low point in life; now I’m devoted to sharing the love. I teach in unconventional settings, design curriculum and framework, and consult for organizations and studios. Before (re)rooting here in Michigan, I taught yoga to vulnerable populations across the US, with accessibility at the forefront of movement. I lead workshops, ceremonies, and multi-day experiences. That experience hums through my classes now - spaces that feel safe and sacred, with movement to mirror it.
My approach blends clinical awareness with traditional yogic philosophy. I’m a nurse who’s endlessly curious about anatomy, and a gardener who believes in the power of inner stillness. I hope to share space with you soon.”
Erika Twichell | Certified Personal Trainer
Erika is a certified personal trainer since 2016 but has always had a passion for fitness and overall health. Erika teaches our Mondays 5:30PM Strength Training.
Erika will provide the environment for you to grow, giving guidance and helping you listen to your bodies needs. In her classes, you will sweat and feel accomplished when it ends. Carrying that confidence with you as you leave.
Outside of fitness, Erika enjoys spending time with her family and friends, baking, crocheting and most anything outdoors, especially when it’s warm

From Lisa “ Love. Light. Learn. - These are the seeds of inspiration that brought me to yoga. My hope is to shine that love and light onto each of you as you explore your own yoga path. My classes are robust with opportunities to turn inward, to ground within yourself, and to listen to your subtle and energetic body. I have more than 15 years of education and curriculum writing experience, enabling me to create intuitive and inspiring yoga sequences that challenge the body and calm the mind.
Outside of yoga, I own a boutique writing firm specializing in personal finance content and I have spent the last decade teaching writing and reading courses at Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth. I hold two master’s degrees in education and writing, I am a lifelong learner who loves reading and playing with my two kiddos, and my favorite place in the entire world is Grand Traverse Bay in Northern Michigan.
Wisa Fink | 200HR YT
Wisa is a 200 HR YT and will be one of our chair yoga teachers. She is also skilled in yoga for athletes, all levels vinyasa and more!
From Wisa: “I didn’t start practicing yoga to find myself, but after suffering mobility issues from sciatic nerve pain and an MTB accident race in 2024. What started as a search for recovery turned into a beautiful path of self-discovery. Nurture (thanks, Bri), yoga helped me connect with myself and slow down. Breathing in… and out… is something we all do, but yoga has taught me how to truly catch my breath. This inspired me to dive deeper into yoga and its philosophy, ultimately leading me to become a yoga instructor, so I can share this transformative practice with you!
Outside of yoga, you can typically find me in Dimondale, exploring MTB trails with my family or getting creative in the kitchen, trying out new recipes. I also have the privilege of teaching Geography at MSU.”
